Sprinklr Modern Engagement

Sprinklr Modern Engagement is the social media monitoring component of Sprinklr’s greater Social Media Management platform. What is Social Media Monitoring Software?

Social media monitoring tools “listen” to conversations across social media, tracking and analyzing information relevant to the user’s brand. For this reason, social media monitoring is also referred to as “social media listening.” These types of tools are typically used by marketing teams pursuing a social media content, or customer support strategy. These tools allow users to track customer sentiment across social platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter), track data such as brand and competitor mentions and select keywords, and present this information in a dashboard, feed, or via an alert system. When choosing a specific product, buyers should consider the particular channels and platforms that are relevant to their brand, and whether they intend to use the tools alone or in conjunction with a broader Social Media Management (SMM) suite. Although social media monitoring is a capability of many SMM Suites, many specialized monitoring tools support multi-measure analytics that may not be possible using a single suite. 

Top Rated Criteria

Products included in the 2019 Top Rated Social Media Monitoring Tools list must have been in the top tier of their category TrustMap as of June 3rd, 2019. To qualify for the Social Media Monitoring Tools Top Rated Award, products must have at least 10 reviews written within the past year, a TRScore of at least 7.5 out of 10, and must receive at least 1.5% of the traffic in their category.  Every reviewer is verified and every review is vetted before publication.
