Amanda has 15+ years of experience building, operating, consulting, and advising over 50 diverse companies, including Google, Warburg Pincus, Jane Technologies, and LifeLabs Learning. In 2021 she founded Mindful Growth Partners, an HR consultancy that specializes in fractional HR leadership, HR and business advisory, and AI speaking and education. Her approach is anchored in fostering transparency, adaptability, and conscious decision-making, ensuring individuals and teams not only navigate but excel amidst change.

Lauren Newton

Vice President of People | Sanity

Lauren is a People & Talent Leader with experience building teams at companies like Refinery29, Facebook & Instagram, Medium, and most currently, Sanity.io. Lauren has an extensive background in the recruiting space, but has focused more broadly on the entire People Experience over the last four years. She believes in designing flexible and progressive People programs and policies in a way that honors any company’s unique culture and goals, for both their business and their community of employees.

Jamy Conrad

Vice President of People | TrustRadius

Jamy joined the Tech industry specifically to work with the TrustRadius team after many years serving in Healthcare. Bringing over 15 years of HR leadership experience, she champions all things “People” including strategy, analytics, benefits, and the human experience of being a TrustRadian. In addition to the impact she makes internally, she’s also active in the HR community through various mentorship programs, acting as an Advisory Board member for HR.com’s research team projects, and speaking on a global stage with HackingHR about the importance of empathy and well-being in the workplace. In her spare time, she enjoys collecting rare books, making memories with family and friends, and being an advocate and volunteer for underprivileged and underserved communities.
