The 2024 CAP Awards: Shining a Light on Advocacy Heroes

Captivate Collective’s Customer Advocacy Practice Awards (CAP Awards) are designed to celebrate and honor customer advocacy professionals for their innovative and impactful customer engagement strategies and programs. And, we are excited to play a part in the awards this year.

The CAP Awards are won through nominations, which are then reviewed and voted on by a distinguished panel of industry experts—one being our SVP of Marketing and Community, Allyson Havener. 

Allyson is among a talented group of executives who are bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to the evaluation process. This year’s panel includes leaders in the field of customer advocacy and success, marketing, and business strategy from Feverbee, Freshworks, ChurnZero, JAMF, UpTempo, and Amplitude, ensuring a comprehensive and thoughtful judging process.

What makes the CAP Awards unique is their emphasis on the quality and effectiveness of advocacy efforts. Whether a company has a large, well-funded program or a smaller, resourceful initiative, the CAP Awards provide a level playing field where the true measure of success is the ability to create meaningful and impactful customer relationships.
