Announcing the Top Rated All-in-One Marketing Platforms for 2019

Today, we awarded the 2019 TrustRadius Top Rated badges for All-in-One Marketing Platforms. The TrustRadius Top Rated awards are the most trusted in the industry because they are an unbiased reflection of customer sentiment, based solely on user feedback and satisfaction scores. Top Rated awards are the voice of the market and are not influenced by analyst opinion, the vendor’s company size, popularity, or status as a TrustRadius customer.

Here are the winners:

HubSpot

HubSpot provides a complete inbound marketing platform that when bundled with the free HubSpot CRM presents a total integrated solution, with pricing not out of reach for SMBs. Beyond its familiar marketing automation features, HubSpot’s all-in-one platform provides ad management, live chat and web forms, email campaign management, as well as site analytics and A/B testing. HubSpot also offers companies a range of extra features such as a conversational bot builder, video hosting, smart content for a personalized viewer experience, and advanced analytics. One thing that distinguishes HubSpot is that it provides a marketing automation solution affordable for small businesses, but doesn’t compromise on feature breadth or complexity. A large majority (71%) of HubSpot users on TrustRadius are from small businesses. HubSpot reviewers enjoy the free HubSpot CRM for centrally managing contact information, its built-in CMS and visitor tracking capabilities, and the learning resources available through HubSpot Academy’s online trainings.

“We use HubSpot in our agency to manage all of our Sales & Marketing activities. HubSpot is a great way to align teams so that everyone has a clear view on the data we have available on prospects and customers. This means we can create strategies and content with a clear understanding of what is resonating with our contacts and customers… HubSpot is great for businesses seeking to accelerate growth and require an easy way to manage data, marketing and sales in one place.”

Mailchimp

Email marketing specialist mailchimp provides an all-in-one marketing solution well-suited for small and growing marketing teams. It provides users with a CRM, single-step automations (e.g. notifications, abandoned cart notice, etc.) and drip marketing automation, an email editor and email templates, social ads and posting capabilities, a landing page editor, and website analytics and optimization tools. Mailchimp also provides data quality improvement and audience matching, via its own vast store of customer data through the Mailchimp audience network. And Mailchimp provides content centralization and management, allowing the user to upload and sync assets to the Mailchimp content studio.

On TrustRadius, 70% of Mailchimp reviewers are employed in small business. Mailchimp reviewers appreciate the easy-to-use email and landing page & forms editor, and ability to communicate with customers and prospects via direct mail.

It is our main resource for being in touch with all of our customers and interested parties. We also use integrations to connect our Mailchimp account with our website provider as well as some social channels in order to provide opportunities for people to sign up for our mailing list. Mailchimp also provides an easy to use service for creating ads on social media networks like Facebook and Instagram. We use this occasionally and it works very well.”

SharpSpring

SharpSpring offers a marketing automation solution specifically designed to meet the needs of marketing agencies. It includes features such as support for a pre-selected number of contacts, and landing page and webform builder, email editor, campaign management capabilities, blog hosting, and social media marketing tools. SharpSpring also includes a sales CRM. The product’s ‘Visitor ID’ feature allows marketers and sales reps to know when an important contact is visiting (or revisiting) a website, and provides useful visitor activity filters and analytics.

SharpSpring also gives companies the ability to create (seemingly unlimited) customized integrations through its open APIs. On TrustRadius, a large majority (82%) of SharpSpring users are from small businesses – many of which are marketing agencies. Reviewers of SharpSpring praise its intuitive forms builder, easy to use visual workflow designer for setting up automation flows, and its unique “Life of the Lead” and Visitor ID features that provide insights into visitor activity.

I use all aspects of the platform. I use it for CRM purposes, to track opportunities, potential revenue, close times and lead scores. Congratulations to the winners of the Top Rated All-in-One Marketing Platforms Award!

What are all-in-one marketing platforms?

All-in-one marketing platforms provide SMBs the functionality and automation available to larger companies, but in a more affordable, integrated package. These functions includes marketing automation, email marketing, landing pages and forms creation, as well as a marketing CRM for storing contact data and logging events. The goal of an all-in-one marketing platform is to cover a great deal of marketing ground while minimizing the need for a large marketing team.

All-in-one platforms generally supply standard campaign automation, campaign, and analytics capabilities. Many vendors that offer all-in-one marketing platforms also offer larger marketing automation or email marketing solutions that are better suited for enterprises, they often include a wide range of additional automation capability – but at the cost of a much higher price tag.

There are also many vendors offering marketing automation suites that are more accessible for SMBs, but still include extensive automation, customization, and campaign building features.
