Announcing the Top Rated Web Conferencing Software for 2019

TrustRadius Top Rated

Today, we awarded the 2019 TrustRadius Top Rated badges for Web Conferencing Software. The TrustRadius Top Rated awards are the most trusted in the industry because they are an unbiased reflection of customer sentiment, based solely on user feedback and satisfaction scores. Top Rated awards are the voice of the market and are not influenced by analyst opinion, the vendor’s company size, popularity, or status as a TrustRadius customer.

Web Conferencing Software

Web conferencing software enables users not in the same physical office, such as remote employees, clients, prospects, business partners, or members of other office branches to participate in online meetings. This software is used in many scenarios: one-to-many presenter style meetings, group meetings, virtual face-to-face client or remote employee meetings, online presentations, conference calls, webinars, online learning, product demos, and live trainings or tutorials. Many vendors offer features such as audience polling, live chat, Q&A, and file sharing along with standard video conferencing, dial-in, and screen sharing capabilities.

Evaluating web conferencing software and finding one that has the level of quality, reliability, security, and scalability that fits your business best can be tough to navigate. Feedback from users who have already been through this process can give web conferencing buyers insights about product usability and performance so that they can make a more informed decision.

Here are the winners:

Zoom

Zoom TRScore

Zoom is a web conferencing solution that is ideal for online meetings, webinars, presentations, live trainings, and more. It offers features such as file sharing, zoom rooms, meeting recording and transcription capabilities, and collaboration tools. Reviewers highlight that Zoom does not require a lot of bandwidth and produces high-quality video and audio even in areas with poor internet connectivity. Zoom is used across companies of all sizes, but there is a large concentration of users (40%) from small businesses.

“Our team is split across 3 locations, so it was always a challenge to organize meetings. We switched to Zoom close to two years ago for this, and it solved our problems perfectly. You schedule a meeting and send everyone invites. It integrates with Outlook so all those invites come with a calendar attachment. I really love the simple, easy to use interface of Zoom. It is also really easy to join meetings. We have used it to set up meetings from multiple locations and can’t remember the last time someone couldn’t join it.”
