These credits must be consumed prior to the Order End Date listed in the Usage Details table. Any unused credits will expire at that time and cannot be carried forward.
Conversations: Salesforce Services may include Conversations, detailed in the Usage Details table of your Order Form. These Conversations must be used before the Order End Date specified. Unused Conversations will lapse, with no rollover permitted.
