Top Rated Awards correlate strictly to what verified buyers say about your product – not analyst opinion or status as a TrustRadius customer. This unbiased recognition of the best B2B technology makes these awards so trustworthy in the eyes of buyers.

What does it take to be Top Rated?

Three key data points form the Top Rated methodology:

1. Rating. Products must have a trScore of 7.5 or above. 
2. Recency. Products must have 10 or more new or updated reviews in the past 12 months.
3. Relevancy. In addition to being on the category TrustMap, products must receive at least 1.5% of the traffic volume in that category.

As a vendor, the best way to impact your chance of being Top Rated is to make sure you meet these requirements. Driving high-quality reviews helps your company stand out.

2020 Top Rated Awards schedule

Top Rated Awards will be given to the most trusted B2B products in 100+ categories in 2020. There are three waves of announcements. It may be helpful to use the find command (Control+F on Windows, Command+F on Mac) to search for your category.

The requirements deadline specifies when you need to meet the three methodology components fulfilled. The award announcement specifies when the 2020 Top Rated Awards will be published.
