Intent-Driven Leads Return Policy
What are your policies on lead returns? (acceptable vs. non acceptable, return window)
TrustRadius understands the value of having a wide community of leads and is committed to helping you achieve your goals. It is important that our clients see the value in every lead we send and as such we have a flexible approach to lead returns.
Leads will be returned and replaced that meet the following criteria:
- Not in predefined filters at the launch of campaign
- Out of updated filter and generated 24 hours after update was confirmed
- Inaccurate data that TrustRadius is unable to append
- Not located on target account list, intent list, or approved lookalike list
- Located on a client supplied suppression list, as long as the list was provided before launch
- Located on a client updated suppression list and generated 24 hours after update was confirmed
- Required opt-ins are not captured
- Meet the above criteria and are returned in under 7 business days from completion of campaign
Leads that fall into the criteria below are not considered valid returns:
- Qualified Tele-BANT leads for any reason other than the valid reasons defined above
- Leads that were generated before filters were updated
- Leads that claim they do not recall downloading/engaging/reading content when TrustRadius has a confirmed time stamp
- Leads that claims they did not agree to be contacted when TrustRadius has time stamps/recordings of consent
- Leads that were provided by a TrustRadius competitor and were not on a predefined suppression list
- Leads that unsubscribe from client’s marketing efforts after they have been delivered
- Leads that are returned after 7 days from campaign completion
