About the TrustRadius Top Rated Awards
Established in 2013, TrustRadius is the most credible buyer intelligence platform—giving buyers the confidence to make informed decisions with in-depth product information and real customer feedback. In 2024 alone, verified users added 17,796 detailed and trustworthy product reviews to TrustRadius, which support smarter purchasing choices.
Since launching in 2016, the TrustRadius Top Rated Awards are the industry standard for unbiased recognition of the best B2B technology products. Based entirely on customer feedback via reviews, recipients are never influenced by analyst opinion or status as a TrustRadius customer.
TrustRadius issues Top Rated badges to products in the top tier of their categories. To earn this award in a category, your product must have:
- At least 10 recent reviews;
- Earned at least 0.5% of the traffic for that category; and
- Earned a trScore of at least 7.5.
Vendors can use the Top Rated badge freely on their own sites, in a press release, on a blog, in email, on social media, and in sales material. We ask that you do not change the badge’s shape, color, or wording. The award allows vendors to share social proof with their prospects based on the authentic voice of real users.
How to share that you’ve won Top Rated
Once you’ve won, don’t let the good news go unnoticed. We’ve put together some resources and a list of dos and don’ts to help you promote your award.

You do not need pre-approval from us for releases and announcements this year, but we will heavily police them and are prepared to provide cease and desist requests, if needed. To avoid violations, we ask that you stick to the following guidelines:
- I agree to not mention third parties (our competitors, other review services or analyst firms, or others) without written permission from TrustRadius.
- I agree not to use verbiage that states “Product is the Top Rated”
- I agree to not mention my own competitors in my own announcements.
- I agree to not release that I am a Top Rated Award Winner until after the public announcement has been made on the TrustRadius website.

Violations
TrustRadius reserves the right to take action against companies that are in violation of Top Rated Award Citation Policy. Actions taken may include, without limitation, declining all citation requests from companies with active citation violations as well as cease and desist orders to remove content.
