Criteria:
The TrustRadius Top Rated Awards consist of three key criteria:
- Recency: products must have 10+ new or updated reviews in the past 12 months
- Relevancy: products must receive at least .5% of the traffic volume in that category
- Rating: products must have at least four stars with a trScore of 7.5 or higher
2025 Tech Cares

Criteria:
TrustRadius is recognizing technology organizations who have gone above and beyond in 2025 to support their communities, employees, and environment with our 2025 Tech Cares Recognition.
We’re looking for nominations for B2B technology companies that have gone above and beyond to support employees and communities in the last year. TrustRadius wants to recognize companies that demonstrate exceptional Corporate Social Responsibility, with a focus on:
- Sustainability and the environment
- Volunteerism
- Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
- Generous donations
- Community impact
- Employee well-being and development
- Support for women in technology
- Education support
2026 Buyer’s Choice
- Review submission threshold: 1/1/2025 – 9/26/2025
- Public announcement: 10/29/2025
Criteria:
The 2026 Buyer’s Choice Awards recognizes products in which 75% of their reviewers, during the specified time period, have rated them as having the best capabilities, best value for price, and best customer relationship.
- Source 10 reviews during the specified timeframe.
- 75% of reviewers select you for best capabilities, best value for price, and best customer relationship.
- Best Relationship looks at Key Insight data in the product reviews for Would Buy Again, Implementation Expectations, and Sales and Marketing Promises.
- As needed, additional vetting via textual review analysis will be performed by the TrustRadius research team.
Trusted Seller Program

The Trusted Seller Program (formerly the TRUE program) recognizes companies that consistently serve the needs of software buyers through sourcing real user reviews, and providing up to date product information. This verification is a trust indicator for buyers that you are engaged and transparent in your representation of customer voice usage in your sales and marketing channels. For this bi-annual recognition, recipients receive a pill-shaped “Trusted Seller” verification at the top of their product listings, as well as, promotion in a TrustRadius press release, media kit badges and promotional materials, and more.
Criteria:
- Regularly source reviews (at least 10 per year), ensuring there’s up-to-date product feedback for buyers
- Disclose review sourcing methodology and use of incentives
- Provide equal opportunity for product users to safely share honest feedback
- Read all published reviews and respond when necessary
- Regularly update their product profile with up-to-date product information
