Introducing TrustRadius lead capture forms
Today’s buyers are more risk-averse than ever before. According to the 2023 B2B Buying Disconnect, buyers want to do their own research and validate marketing claims through reviews and third-party information. In fact, user reviews are the second most influential resource in making a purchase decision along their journey.

How do lead capture forms work?
You must be a TrustRadius customer to leverage the power of lead capture forms. Enabling the tool is easy and takes less than a minute. Follow these instructions, or reach out to your CSM to get started. Once enabled, a CTA button that prompts the form pop-up will appear on your product listing, pricing page, and category page—more opportunities to capture leads!

Where does the lead’s information go?
To keep things simple, we created a new “Buyers” section within the vendor portal. From the “Leads Activity” page, you can see all leads submitted, their contact information, and submission date. This handy dashboard helps you keep track of overall leads performance at-a-glance. From within the “Buyers” section, you also have the option to route leads to your system of choice.

Lead routing to CRM or marketing tools
Increase your speed-to-lead with lead routing, Lead routing is possible to any tool that accepts a webhook. A webhook creates communication between two applications (example: TrustRadius → HubSpot). Most modern CRMs and marketing tools have webhook functionality. To set up a webhook, follow these instructions. Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zapier are just some of the tools TrustRadius are sending leads to.
Best practices to increase demand from TrustRadius
To increase lead volume and quality, ensure your product listing is up-to-date, relevant to your target persona, and has a steady stream of fresh reviews coming in. Include self-serve decisioning tools like an interactive demo, sandbox, and/or Whistic security information on your page. Check out this video on profile optimization for more ideas. The more information you can provide that enforces why a buyer should choose you will help increase volume and quality. If you’re in a category with lower traffic, or up against a large market-leading competitor, talk to your CSM about how to use your TrustRadius product listing to highlight your differentiators.
